Review: Incredible florist! We used Courts of Rayleigh for our wedding at Apton Hall in July 2024 and they were fantastic from the first moment we spoke to them. We were invited into the shop for a chat which was super helpful. We didn’t have a clear idea of what we wanted and Gill was so great talking us through our loose assortment of ideas and themes to help us settle on a concept.
The little details in the service were so appreciated – certain flowers were used during different parts of the day, saving on cost. We were provided with hat boxes to take flowers home and gift to guests after the wedding. Instead of lapel flowers for the gents we opted to have a board backing that slid into the jacket pocket meaning they weren’t constantly falling down. Courts coordinated with the venue and the cake maker as well to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day.
We were so so impressed with the service and the quality of the flowers, and also think that the pricing is very competitive. Thank you so much Gill and the team for helping us on this important day!

Review: I can’t thank Gill and the team enough for the incredible floral tributes that they created for my Mum’s funeral. Not only were the flowers absolutely stunning, but the customer service, care and empathy that the whole team showed when helping us organise everything really did help at such a sad time. The flowers were behind expectation and even the funeral director commented that she had never seen such beautiful tributes.
I’d always used Courts for gifts so knew they would be great but they really went above and beyond.
I would highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed!

Review: We are so incredibly grateful to Courts of Rayleigh for the absolutely stunning flowers they created for our wedding. Every arrangement was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly suited to our vision for the day.
They were able to source everything we asked for, even a dahlia for my bridal bouquet that wasn’t even in season yet! Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they never tried to oversell or overfill , just honest, expert guidance and really thoughtful suggestions.
Because they know our venue so well, they advised us on how to make the most of the flowers throughout the day. It made such a difference, the arrangements were used in several places in such clever and seamless ways. For example, the bridesmaids’ bouquets were repurposed as centrepieces on the dinner tables, and the floral display from the signing table was moved to our top table and then later used again on the mantelpiece in the evening party room. It felt so well-planned and intentional, and nothing ever went to waste.
They were also brilliant with a last-minute change when we added an extra groomsman the day before the wedding, they took it in their stride and made everything feel easy.
We honestly couldn’t recommend Courts of Rayleigh more highly. The flowers were beautiful, the service was fantastic, and their experience and care helped bring the whole day together.

Review: Gill and the team at Courts did the flowers for our wedding at Mulberry House in October.
I left the first consultation feeling so excited – Gill had so many ideas and suggestions and had really helped bring my ideas and vision to life already. She really helped us get the most of the flowers at various stages throughout the day to avoid waste and to help us keep to our budget. Giving our table centre pieces away in hatboxes as a gift to special guests at the breakfast the next morning went down a treat!
Communication was amazing throughout the whole process – always replying promptly, never making me feel like a nuisance with all my questions, and super professional.
Seeing it all come together on the day was even better than I imagined and I could not be happier. The colours and style of flowers were perfect for our autumnal wedding and the quality was amazing. The flowers were so fresh and still looked beautiful for weeks after the wedding!

Review: I have been using Courts for years as my parents live very close by on Eastwood Rd, and now I live on the west coast of Canada. I can always rely on them getting flowers to my mum even if I call on the day (which because of the time difference is often 3 or 4pm UK). They do a fantastic job, I leave the arrangement to them and never fail to impress. I can’t speak highly enough and I’d recommend to anyone and everyone. This was the most recent Canadian Mother’s Day ordered about 30mins before closing on the Saturday hit thank you message and photo from my mum before I woke up Sunday.
