Review: I would not recommend Flowers by Kelly based on the disappointing experience my niece has had, while preparing for her wedding. The service was completely unsatisfactory, as they caused unnecessary stress and frustration with continuous indecisiveness and delays concerning the bridal bouquet. Communication was poor, and their inability to deliver on promises turned what should be a joyous occasion into a logistical nightmare. Dealing with them was more trouble than it was worth, and they failed to meet the expectations set for such an important event.

Review: Kelly done my flowers for my grandads funeral and went above and beyond too help us, she even was going to go and see my nan all the way in Dagenham to make it easier for her. The service Kelly provides is outstanding. As you can see my grandad was a Westham supporter and Kelly done the Westham badge for him and wow what can I say it was beautiful. She even delivered them all the way too Dagenham with no delivery fee. Thank you so much Kelly…. Flowers by Kelly is Hayley highly recommended🥰🥰🥰

Review: Kelly was really helpful during a very difficult time after losing our son. We knew what colour we wanted to go with and Kelly advised what flowers worked well with these colours we wanted for the funeral. She also helped all our family in making it the same scheme and matching and ensuring no duplicates were ordered. She has been very friendly and supportive and we still pop in for a chat even after the funeral. If you want a stress free and helpful florist then we highly recommend Flowers by Kelly! Xx

Review: What a lovely lady. I have been ordering some flowers for my daughter’s grave which I sometimes find difficult to talk about but this was so friendly and helpful I had no problem. Same day service. I was asked about colours, favourites and flowers to avoid and they had just what I wanted. My friend was taking them to the church for me (I now live away from the town) but Kelly’s did offer to take the direct to the local church for me if I ever needed someone to do that. Really understanding and lovely service. I would highly recommend them.
