Review: Update…..on 14 December, my husband received a call from the florist…not with an apology, but questioning why we hadnt contacted them before putting up a review. As a business, there will always be good and bad experiences from customers…this shouldn’t result in the company questioning our actions, which were justified in our honest review of their bouquet.
My husband had these flowers delivered to me on my birthday on 10th Nov. 4 days later, this is how they look. It wasn’t a cheap bouquet. Very disappointed.
